Ingredients:

1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast
3/4 cup Water
1 cup Bread flour
2 tablespoons Water
1 cup Whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons Milk -- for milk wash
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Seeds (poppy or sesame)
2 tablespoons Nonfat dry milk

Preparation:

Add everything (except milk for wash and seeds) on dough setting. At end of first kneading cycle, press clear/stop. Let dough rise for 60 minutes. Press start and let machine for about 60 seconds to punch dough down and let rest 5 minutes. Preheat oven to 400. Cut the dough into 4 pieces. Use a pasta maker and set the rollers on the widest opening. Flatten one piece, sprinkle with a little flour and run through the machine. Set the rollers two setting narrower. Sprinkle again and run through at this setting. Set at narrowest setting, sprinkle again and run through. Cut into 4x3 rectangles and place on lightly floured baking pans. Lightly brush with milk and sprinkle with seeds. Bake for 10 minutes. (Note: in lieu of seeds, could substitute 1 t each of garlic powder and onion powder)
