Swiss Steak For The Crock-Pot

Ingredients:

1/4 cup seasoned flour
1 1/2 pounds round steak
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 can zesty tomato soup
1/4 cup sliced onions
1 can stewed tomatoes
 

Preparation:

Pound flour into steak. Cut into serving size pieces (I cut into very small pieces sometimes). Brown in skillet. Put in crock-pot and add remaining ingredients. Cover. Cook 4 to 6 hours on high or 10 to 12 hours on low. Serve with cooked rice or noodles.
