Crock Pot Italian Beef

Ingredients:

4 pound pot roast of beef -- (4 to 5)
3 cup Water
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Onion salt
1 teaspoon Garlic salt
1 teaspoon Basil
1 package Good Season salad dressing
1 medium Onion -- (optional)
 

Preparation:

Pour ingredients over beef and cook on low all day in a crock pot. Shred beef and return to broth for 15 minutes. Serve on buns or over French bread.
