Serves: 1

Ingredients:

2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup dried parsley flakes
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup catsup
1 cup cornflake crumbs
2 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion
---SAUCE---
1 pound can jellied cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
12 ounces jar Hinz chili sauce

Preparation:

Mix all of the above ingredients, make meat balls, put on cookie sheet, cook at 350 for 15 to 20 min. Mix sauce ingredients together in a sauce pan, heat over med heat until cranberry sauce is melted. Coat meat balls and bake at 350, uncovered for 30 min. Put in your crock pot at a low setting. I know this takes extra work baking them, but they work great for a party. You can cook them a few days ahead of time and just put them in your crock pot a few hours before your party. It will go over great and save you time in the long run!
