Ingredients:

3 pounds chuck roast
4 medium carrot
2 medium Onion
2 medium potato
4 cloves garlic
2 cups beef broth
2 cups water
2 teaspoons chili pepper soup mix
 

Preparation:

1. preheat oven to 350ΓΈ f. 2. on top of stove in large roasting pan, brown roast on all sides over medium high heat. 3. add carrots, onions, potatoes, garlic and beef broth. 4. dissolve chili pepper soup mix in water and add to pan. 5. cover and bake for until done, about 2 hours.
