Preparation:
1. preheat oven to 350ΓΈ f. 2. on top of stove in large roasting pan, brown roast on all sides over medium high heat. 3. add carrots, onions, potatoes, garlic and beef broth. 4. dissolve chili pepper soup mix in water and add to pan. 5. cover and bake for until done, about 2 hours. |
