Preparation:
Combine first six ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Add 1/4 cup soup, reserving remainder. Shape into 6 elongated patties and place on broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from flame, turning once. For rare steaks, cook 3 to 4 inches on each side or 5 to 7 minutes for medium cooked meat. Combine reserved soup and water in a small saucepan. Heat thoroughly and spoon over coooked meat. |
