Preparation:
Brown the meat. Place in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Lay potatoes and carrots around the edge of the meat. Top with soup (I thin it just a bit). Cover and bake at 350* until potatoes are tender. You can speed this up by microwaving the potatoes.
I've frozen this without the potatoes. When I serve it, I peel and microwave the potatoes until tender. Then I toss them in the dish with the meat and carrots until the potatoes are covered. Then I stick it all in the oven to war |
