Preparation:
Cut meat into even strips.
Heat half the butter in a skillet. Add meat. Saute over medium high heat
until meat is browned and cooked to your liking. Do not overcook. Remove
meat, keep warm.
Add remaining butter to pan. Add green onion. Saute over medium high meat
for 4-5 minutes until onions are soft but not brown.Remove. Add broth to
pan. Heat and scrape pan brownings. Add chili sauce. Add green beans to
pan. Heat for a few minutes. Add meat and onion and stir to blend well.
Cook over high heat for a few minutes until mixture is hot. Add salt and
pepper if desired. Serve immediately. |
