Preparation:
Red layers: Dissolve gelatin and l/4 cup sugar in l l/4 c. boiling water .
Add berries and lemon juice; stir till berries thaw. Chill till partially
set. White layers: Blend cheese, confectioners' sugar, vanilla and salt.
Fold in a small amount of whipped cream, then fold in remainieer. Spread
half
the cheese mixture over bottom of pastry shell. Cover with half the red
gelatin mixture. Repeat; chill till se |
