Preparation:
Prepare pastry: Soften and blend butter and cream cheese. Work in flour and a dash of salt. (Can add a couple of drops COLD water if you need it to form dough.) Roll out dough and drape over pie pan; trim edges. Prepare filling: Mix sugar and eggs; cream till light and fluffy. Add rest of ingredients and blend well. Pour into shell and bake on lower shelf of a 375 degree F. oven for 40 to 45 minutes. |
