Low-Cal Pineapple Cheese Pie

Ingredients:

1 pound Lowfat cottage cheese
2 large egg whites
1 teaspoon lemon juice
6 packages Sweet n Low sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 package gelatin powder, unsweetened
3/4 cup crushed pineapple in juice -- drained
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup wheat germ -- or crushed cereal
 

Preparation:

Blend cheese, egg whites, Sweet and Low, lemon juice and vanilla in food processor. Dissolve geletin in pineapple juice, Blend into cheese mixture. Stir in pineapple and cinnamon. Spray 9" pie plate with Pam. Sprinkler wheat germ over. Pour in cheese mixture, Bake 30 min. at 350. Let cool before cutting,
