Preparation:
Cook and stir above ingredients for 10 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup chopped
parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder,
1/4 teaspoon basil, 1/4 teaspoon oregano leaves. Combine 2 beaten eggs and 8
ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese. Stir in zucchini mixture. Pour mixture
into
a 10 inch pie crust. Bake in a preheated 375~F. oven for 20 minutes, or
until
center is set. |
