Preparation:
Mix pumpkin, honey and seasonings; beat well. Add eggs, milk and butter and
beat till thoroughly mixed. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 375
degrees for 1 hour or until knife in center comes out clean. Note: the
honey produces a shiny appearance on top of pie, as opposed to matte finish
of pie with refined sugar. Be careful not to overbake because it doesn't
