Preparation:
Mix filling ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 450* for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350* and continue baking for 35 - 40 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
Note: This is a fantastic pumpkin pie recipe. Do not use straight pumpkin, it must be the pumpkin pie filling.
Tarts: Prepare the same as for pie. Bake at 425* for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350* and continue baking for 10 more minutes, or until knife comes out clean. |
