Preparation:
Soak gelatin in water to soften. Beat yolks of eggs and combine with honey,
pumpkin, milk, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cook in top of double boiler,
stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add
gelatin. Beat egg whites until frothy; dribble in honey and continue
beating until stiff. Fold into pumpkin mixture. Pour into oiled 9 inch pie
pan and chill several hours. |
