Preparation:
In a 5-quart Dutch oven, combine ground beef, onions, carrots and celery. Cook over medium-high heat for 5 - 8 minutes or until meat is browned and vegetables are crisp-tender. Drain; add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. 6 (1-1/3 cup) servings. |
