Preparation:
Heat oil in a large skillet or saute pan, over a medium flame add onions, heat and stir for 2 minutes add garlic, heat and stir for 3-4 minutes add tomato concasse, heat and stir for 2 minutes combine tomato mixture with broth in a stockpot, over a moderate flame bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes add cumin-mix well season to taste with white pepper and simmer an additional 5 minutes serve hot, garnished with tortilla chips, sour cream, and slivered olives |
