Preparation:
In a food processor blend strawberries, banana, juice, sour cream, cream cheese, and liqueur until smooth. Add the ice cubes to chill the liquid. Preheat the oven to broil. Place cake pieces on a cookie sheet and broil to a golden brown (about six minutes). Pour soup into bowls and top with pound-cake croutons, or serve the croutons on the side. Garnish with a sprig of mint. You may want to dip croutons in chocolate before serving. |
