Preparation:
Puree the strawberries and set aside. Combine the wine, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon with 1-1/2 cups water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes. Add the strawberry puree and cook 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Whip cream until stiff. Combine with sour cream and then fold into strawberry puree. Serve at room temperature. |
