Preparation:
heat water to a boil in a large kettle, over a high flame add won ton, reduce heat, and simmer for 4 minutes remove to serving bowls with a slotted spoon pour stock into a large saucepot, over a moderate flame heat to a boil add bok choy and scallions simmer for 3 minutes add pork, soy, and sesame oil simmer for 3 minutes ladle into into serving bowls, over won ton serve hot |
