Preparation:
Cut sausage in half lengthwise and thinly slice.
Place sausage, mushrooms, broth., beans and coleslaw in a large saucepan.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
Ladle into soup bowls and top with a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
