Preparation:
Place the Chick peas in a large pan and cover with enough stock to cover. Bring to the boil, then simmer until the chick peas are *almost* tender (1 hour?).
Add the veggies, the bouquet Garni, the Paprika and some more of the veg. stock if you think it's required.
Simmer for a further 30 minutes, remove the Bouquet Garni and serve.
