Preparation:
Combine bread, oil, vinegar and garlic in processor and process until smooth. Transfer to large bowl. Add juice, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, lemon juice, hot sauce and half of cilantro. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Ladle soup into bowls. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro.
