Preparation:
Bring water to a boil, slowly add cream of rice and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand 5 minutes. Add sugar and salt. Beat with an electric or had beater or whir in a blender until smooth. Add milk and reheat when ready to serve. DO NOT BOIL. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
