Preparation:
Lightly spray and unheated medium saucepan with non stick spray. Add the
mushrooms, onions and wine. Cook and stir over medium heat until tender.
Stir in broth. Then transfer the mixture to the saucepan and set aside. In
a
custard cup, stir together 1/4 cup of the milk and the cornstarch until
smooth. Stir in the cornstarch mixture into the mushroom mixture, then stir
in the remaining 3/4 cup milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until
thickened
and bubbly.Cook and stir for 2 minutes more |
