Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar and butter. Press into 9" or 10" springform pan. Set aside. Mix remaining sugar, cream cheese and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Blend in sour cream. Pour into pan. Bake 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until center is set. Turn oven off. Leave oven ajar with cheesecake in it 1 hour. Remove cheesecake. Let cool. Refrigerate. Top with fruit if desired. |
