Angelo's Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients:

1 pound chicken cut into pieces
3 cloves garlic
1 medium Onion -- chopped 1
1 can Italian style tomatoes
1 medium bell pepper -- chopped
1 jar Angelos Italian Salsa
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
 

Preparation:

1. Brown chicken and garlic cloves in olive oil. 2. Add onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and Italian Salsa. 3. Simmer until done, approx. 1 hour. 4. Serve over rice with a green salad.
