Pasta Salad Louis

Ingredients:

---SALAD
1 package Green Giant Pasta Accents Primavera
1 pound Frozen Vegetables with Pasta -- (1 pound)
6 ounces flaked imitation crabmeat (surmi) OR
1 can crabmeat (6-oz) -- drained and flaked
---DRESSING
2 Tablespoons cocktail sauce
2 Tablespoons light sour cream
 

Preparation:

Cook frozen vegetable with pasta as directed on package until vegetables are crisp tender. Place in midium bowl. Cover, refrigerate 1 hour. Add imitation crabmeat to salad; toss gentely. In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients; blend well. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving time. If desired, serve on lettuce-lined plates.
