Panned Oysters

Ingredients:

1 pint oysters
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 slices hot toast
1 bunch parsley
 

Preparation:

Place oysters in saucepan and cook in their own liquor until edges begin to curl. Add butter, salt and pepper. Serve oysters on toast and garnish with parsley. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice an a few drops Worcestershire sauce.
