Preparation:
Prepare grill for a medium fire.
Combine vermouth, juice, cilantro, oil, soy sauce and herb seasoned salt; marinate swordfish in a sealable plastic bag 1 hour.
Drain marinade into small saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 1minute stirring constantly, and remove from heat.
Grill swordfish 8 minutes, turning once, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Place fish on serving plate; spoon marinade over fish and serve. |
