Preparation:
Pile crabmeat into 6 individual shells or ramekins. Sprinkle with wine.
Combine remaining ingredients, except grated cheese, in mixing bowl. Blend well.
Place crabmeat about 1 inch directly under broiler heat for 1 minute. Remove from oven and spread sauce mixture over surface. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in a preheated 375F oven for 5 minutes, then transfer to 3 inches under high broiler heat until surface is lightly browned. Server at once. |
