Preparation:
Drain crabmeat and crumble. combine Bisquick, cheese, onion and the crabmeat. Mix egg, water and Worcestershire sauce and add to the crab mixture. Stir to barely blend. Drop by teaspoonfuls into 1/2 inch hot oil 375øF. Fry until golden, approximately 2 minutes, turning once. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately with mustard sauce, or make earlier in the day and reheat in moderate oven.
Mustard Dip: Combine ingredients and mix well. |
