Country Dijon Shrimp Saute

Ingredients:

1 pound large shrimp -- peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup dry white wine
3 tablespoons grey poupon country dijon mustard
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 Cup hot cooked rice
 

Preparation:

Cook and stir shrimp and garlic in oil in large skillet over medium high heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until shrimp is pink and done. Remove from heat. Stir in wine and mustard. Return to heat; cook for 2 to 3 minutes more or until heated through. Remove from heat; stir in parsley. Serve over rice.
