PINE CONE CHEESE BALL

Ingredients:

8 ounces Cream Cheese
1 stick Butter
1 whole Almonds
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 tablespoons Dried Minced Onions -- (optional)
1 tablespoons Dry Ranch Dressing Mix -- (optional)
 

Preparation:

Allow cream cheese and butter to come to room temperature for easier mixing. Combine cheese and butter in a ratio of 2 parts cheese per one part butter. Mix well. If desired flavor by adding in dried minced onions or Ranch dressing mix at this time. Shape mixture into a cone shape. Return to refrigerator to chill. When firm place almonds, pointed end out, into cone in a circle, starting at top and spiraling down the cone. Dust with paprika to fill in any blank space. Tamp the almonds down lightly to resemble the seeds on a pine cone. Arrange 'cones' on a serving tray with pine boughs for full effect. Serve with veggies or just allow guests to slice and eat.
