Fresh Basil Cheese Puffs

Ingredients:

1 cup milk
1/4 pound butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
5 large eggs
1/2 cup fresh basil -- chopped
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese -- grated
 

Preparation:

In saucepan, over medium heat, bring milk, butter, and salt to boil; add flour; stir to mix. Turn heat to very low; cook 5 minutes, stirring. Pour into bowl; let heated mixture stand 5 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring until well blended; add basil and cheese. Place by tablespoons on greased baking sheet; bake at 375 degrees until golden brown. Serve hot.
