Chiles Con Queso

Ingredients:

1 pound sharp cheddar cheese
8 ounces diced green chiles
1/2 cup scallions
1 tablespoon garlic
8 ounces canned tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
 

Preparation:

1. Combine ingredients in a food processor process until finely chopped.

2. Pour into a saucepan and place over a low flame, heat and stir to melt cheese.

3. Transfer to a chafing dish or fondue pot and serve hot.
