Ingredients:

3/4 pound sharp cheddar cheese at room temperature
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon liquid lecithin
 

Preparation:

Using the steel blade of food processor, process cheese. Add water and lechitin. If mixture is too thin, add dry milk until right consistency.
