Preparation:
Split the hot dogs lengthwise and insert the cheese. Wrap the hot dogs in a spiral with the bacon slices. Anchor with toothpicks. Place each on a separate foil strip, cheese side down. Grill over hot coals until the bacon is done, about 7 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
NOTE: Can be broiled in the oven instead. |
