Ingredients:

4 pounds ground chicken breast
2 cups white bread crumbs
4 whole egg whites -- slightly beaten
1 cup water
1 package spaghetti sauce mix
1 cup onions -- chopped
1 cup red and green bell peppers -- chopped
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 12-cup fluted pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, bread crumbs, egg whites, water, spaghetti sauce mix, onions, and bell peppers. Mix until well blended. Pack firmly into prepared pan. Bake for 1 and 1/4 hours. Let stand 10 minutes, then unmold. Serving Ideas: Serve hot and garnished with ketchup.
