Raspberry Dressing for Raspberry Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup raspberries*
1 tablespoon raspberry or red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
 

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high until smooth, about 15 seconds. *Frozen unsweetened loose-pack raspberries can be substituted for the fresh raspberries.
