Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, cooled melted butter, egg, vanilla and
walnuts. Add drained pineapple. Combine flour, salt and soda and beat into
pineapple mixture.
Drop by teaspoonsful onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes in
preheated 350-degree oven.
Frost cookies; top each with candied cherry. |
