Preparation:
To a jar with a tight-fitting lid add wine, salad oil, honey, lime peel, lime juice and poppy seeds. Put lid on and shake until well mixed. Chill until ready to use. With a melon baller scoop cantaloupe into balls and place in a bowl. Add orange sections and peach slices to bowl. Shake dressing and pour over fruit to serve.
