Honey-Kissed Mango And Raspberries

Ingredients:

1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon grated lime rind
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 dash ground red pepper -- optional
1 1/2 cups peeled cubed mango about 2 large
1/2 cup raspberries
1 piece lime rind -- optional
 

Preparation:

1. Combine honey, lime rind, lime juice, and, if desired, red pepper in a medium bowl; stir well. Add cubed mango and raspberries, and toss gently to coat. Divide mixture evenly among 4 dessert dishes or stemmed glasses. Garnish with lime rind curls, if desired. Note: Substitute 2 cups of mixed berries for the mango and raspberries, if desired.
