Preparation:
*substitute: 3 cn (8 ounces each) pineapple Chunks in juice, drained.
Sprinkle pineapple with gingerroot. Grate 2 teaspoons orange peel; sprinkle over pineapple. Cut orange in half and remove seeds. Squeeze juice (about 1/4 cup) over pineapple. Stir gently. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, stirring once, to blend flavors. |
