Preparation:
Melon Berry Soup: Halve and seed melons. Scoop out fruit. Reserve shells. Slice off bottom of each shell so it sits flat. Put melon and 1 cup berries into food processor. Puree until smooth. Season with lime juice and nutmeg. Pour into melon shells or =D2bowls" to serve. Garnish with a swirl or yogurt and mint leaves. Approximately 5-7 minutes. Tropical Fruit Soup: In food processor, puree melon, mango, orange, pineapple, orange and lemon zest until smooth. Serve in mugs, melon bowls, or soup plates.
