Preparation:
Line chop plate with salad greens and arrange cottage cheese in mound center. Arrange pear halves, cut sied uup, around cheese. Cut apple in 12 slices and avocado in 6 slices. arrange apple and avocado slices between pears, using 2 apple slices and 1 avocado slice. Sprinkle pomegranate seed on cheese and garnish salad with parsley. Mix remaining ingredients and serve as dressing. |
