Preparation:
1. Melt butter in 9-inch round glass baking dish on HIGH about 30 seconds.
2. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon and heavy cream; microwave on HIGH 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, until slightly thickened; set aside.
3. At serving time, reheat on HIGH about 1 minute; add bananas, stirring to coat. Microwave on HIGH about 30 seconds.
4. Heat brandy in glass measure about 30 seconds; pour over bananas.
5. Ignite with long match; spoon over ice cream. |
