Peanut Butter Chip Squares

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups graham wafer crumbs
1/2 cup butter or margarine -- melted
1/2 cup brown sugar -- packed
1/3 cup flour
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups medium-grind coconut
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons peanut butter
 

Preparation:

Stir together wafer crumbs, melted butter, sugar and flour. Press into a 9" x 9" ungreased pan. Bake in 350ยบ oven for 10 minutes. Set aside. Stir condensed milk with coconut. Spread over bottom layer. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes until it shows signs of browning lightly. Melt chips and peanut butter in heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir now and then. Spread over second layer. Cool. Cut into 36 squares. A very good keeper. It freezes well.
