Seven-Layer Salad

Ingredients:

6 cups salad greens
2 medium celery
1 cup radishes
5 medium green onions
12 slices bacon
10 ounces green peas
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
 

Preparation:

1. Place salad greens in large glass bowl. Layer celery, radishes, onions, bacon and peas on salad greens. 2. Spread mayonnaise over peas, covering top completely and sealing to edge of bowl. Sprinkle with cheese. 3. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors. Toss before serving if desired.
