Parmesan Potato Salad

Ingredients:

4 cups chopped cooked potatoes
4 large hard cooked eggs -- chopped
1 cup celery slices
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon salt
8 pieces crisply cooked bacon slices -- crumbled
3/4 cup kraft grated parmesan cheese -- (3oz)
1 cup miracle whip salad dressing
 

Preparation:

Combine potatoes eggs, celery, onion, green pepper, salt, bacon, cheese and enough salad dressing to moisten; mix lightly. Chill. Sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired. 6 to 8 servings.
